If you've opted for shipping, we'll send you a package(s) that includes a durable secure bag, a tamper-proof tag, and straightforward instructions. Simply bag, tag, and send your devices for secure processing!

If you prefer to drop off your items, we'll coordinate with you to find a convenient time.

Ship Your Secure Package(s) or Drop Off Your Devices

If you’re shipping, we’ll guide you to the Royal Mail website to schedule a collection or find a convenient drop-off location.

If you’re dropping off directly with us, we’ll arrange a time that works for you.

Royal Mail Services

We Receive Your Device(s)

Once we receive your device(s), we’ll inform you as they are placed in our secure facility.

This allows you time to request their return before data erasure begins.

What Can We Take?

Audit and Data Erase

We run the device through our auditing system which will data erase the device, ensuring no personal data is left.

If the device fails to be erased, then it is stripped down, and destroyed by our industrial shredder.

At the end you will receive a data erasure/destruction certificate for your device(s).
