Absolutely! We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. If you need to cancel your order, simply log in to your account and cancel it there. This will prevent us from dispatching your package.
However, if your order has already been marked as shipped, it means the parcel is on its way. While we can still cancel the order, you will still receive the package.

No worries! When you reach the page to select your device make, simply choose 'Other.' We'll audit the device for you and let you know the make.

Unfortunately, we cannot save or retrieve any data from your device. We never have access to your data and ensure that all information is permanently erased. We recommend backing up any data you want to keep before sending us your device, as everything will be permanently erased once we receive it.
If you're unable to access your device, we suggest consulting a data recovery expert to retrieve any important information.

You’ll receive an envelope at your address containing: a Woven Bag, a Secure Bag Tag and a Instructions Leaflet.

You can use any box or packaging you have on hand. Just make sure your device fits inside and that everything can be securely placed within the woven bag, which should be able to close with the security tag. For more ideas, visit our 'Packaging Tips' page.

We are unable to provide shipping, this is due to GDPR and compliance rules within our company. meaning we are unable to take responsibility of a third party courier delievering items on behalf of us.

If we have already sent you secure packaging, we may ask you to return it before processing your refund.
Once your device(s) have been sent to us, we cannot return them to you due to GDPR regulations, and therefore, we will be unable to issue a refund.
